Terms
What you will get:- You will receive an initial sketch (or multiple if needed) for your approval, which I will proceed to make the final illustration. If you choose to send deposit beforehand, final payment is done at this point.
01 - General Terms- Prices are subject to change.
- I keep for myself the right to refuse a commission for any reason.02 - Payment- Payment will be done using PayPal for oversea once an agreement on the terms and details of the commission has been made.
- Payment need to be done full price upfront. I'll send the invoice to your PayPal.03 - Process & delivery- The time taken for a commission can be very variable depending on the amount of commissions/complexity and personal work I have. Unless you have a deadline to catch, expect around a week up to a month or two.
- Once the commission is finished, you will receive the files through email (Google Drive).04 - Revisions- As long as it is reasonable, I don't have a limit of revisions for my commissions. As long as you are clear with your idea we shouldn't need too many. I do keep for myself the right to say that further revisions might add an extra cost if this goes overboard.
- Usually I will show you progress and ask for your approval at around 3 times: The initial sketch, the clean sketch (with flat colors if needed) and the final illustration.
- At any time, don't hesitate to tell me exactly what might not be to your liking and I'll try my best to create the perfect illustration you are looking for. Just remember I cant read minds so communication is important.05 - Copyright usageI, Unexist (the artist):
- Reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time for any reason.
- Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
- Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (with watermark) and in my portfolio.You (the customer):
- May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- May NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, sell prints, etc.).
- May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- Retain all rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without my (the artist's) consent.The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without my (the artist's) consent. Means making money off it in any way not excluded from the terms agreed on.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my (the artist's) consent.06 - Cancellation and refund- You (the customer) is not allowed a refund once I (the artist) have started working on the commission.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will get a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
